The factory is a pioneer in the production of organic brown sugar, also called whole sugar, in 1987.

Organic brown sugar is the result of spontaneous crystallization, this sugar is also called whole sugar, as it contains all the minerals of sugar cane, about 10 times more than organic crystal sugar.

The mill only produces brown sugar (whole sugar), organic and, upon request, also conventional.

Our company, like the organic farms, is located in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, 600 km west of the city of São Paulo. Our group consists of 4 exclusively organic farms with a total area of ​​370 hectares.

Certified organic by ECOCERT, a French certification with offices in Brazil. We are also BRAZIL ORGANIC, EU, NOP, BIOSUISSE and JAS certified, as well as Kosher (for the Jewish community) upon request, and social certifications -Hand in Hand (IMO certificate) as well as HACCP certification.
